The tower elevator will transport you 216 feet to the observation decks where you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Ouachita Mountains, Hot Springs Mountain, and Diamond Lakes area – all at 1,256 feet above sea level.

This is a great place for the kiddos. It is geared for kids, but honestly everyone will love going. Almost everything is interactive. Worth a visit but expect to Spend 2-3  hours here. 

Arkansas alligator farm and Petting zoo. We can’t personally speak for this one, but we had some renters that really enjoyed their visit. Short drive from downtown. We would expect this to take an hour. 

Our friends over at paradise cove marina will get you set up with a nice pontoon boat to get you and your guests soaking up the sun and playing in the water.

This is a great way to see hot springs and get a great guided tour. They will give you a land tour as well as a water tour of hot springs. This is aprix 1 1/2 hr tour. 

Beautiful place! Lots of trails and sights to see. If you're lucky, you can even catch their tulip festival while in season. The Anthony Chapel is really cool as well. Expect 2  hours here . Check out their website

This is a must!!! Maxwell remodeled the Malco theater in 2018 and made his already popular magic show one of the best attractions in town. Call to reserve tickets 

The downtown strip is FULL of great shops, candy shops and galleries. You will also find the hot springs gangster museum, the wax museum, Arlington hotel and the famous bathhouse row. Go to the fordyce bathhouse and take a tour. The bathhouse is now a brewery and decent place to eat. Visit the Hot Springs park. It has several pools of natural hot springs coming right out of the mountain base. 

Ropes course, zip line, mini golf, go carts ect. All the touristy kids attractions you would expect in a tourist town.
